Great printer for home or small office. Surprised how quickly it print color documents. Should be even faster on black only printing. I'm happy with this purchase!

Worst printer ever. I had a 3540 and that worked great. This one stops working. Keeps saying paper jam. WP 3540 was easy to use and reliable. This one is complicated and always stops working.

To tell you I was just epecting the quality of the wf-3820 to be like a 4 out of 10 but now that used it and printed picture I was surprised to see the quality. I'll give a 8 out of 10.

Printer is amazing. Prints front and back of paper automatically. Looks beautiful and has already paid itself off in my case. Clients do love the finish that this printer gives. When I hand them a proposal and they feel the high grade paper and high grade inc finish. They know I’m not here to slack. Show them who you are with this high quality item.

I love my Epson printer. Got a great price and it does so much more than my old printer. Would definitely recommend it. In fact my daughter bought one after she saw mine.

Had to replace my HP printer which I had for 5 years. This was easy to set up and prints faster than my previous printer. Cartridge's are easy to replace and less expensive. Wish it had a port for photo printing from an chip.

I was always an HP fan before I found this model. I order these over HP every time someone needs it. These printers print very fast and so does the scanning. The ink lasts a descent amount of time and the fact that each color can be repalced individually, it saves money instead of buying a whole color cartridge.

Arrived quickly. Easy to set up the printer features as well as wi-fi. Lightning fast B&W printing. Doesn't take up much space. Great quality for the price!

I had a WF-3720 that just quit. This WF-3820 is all I could get. We have used it some and it appears to be ok. Only time will tell if it was worth the money. I have had better luck with Epson in the past.

Excellent printer & scanner. Ink is affordable and system works fine. **We can't get it to stop printing a 'scanner status' sheet, but that is probably a user (me) issue.

Its great for the price! Only con is that I had to reset wifi twice in a matter of weeks but other than that works great!

love it ,its better than small ones , but the ink is bad it smears easy and when dry smears not like other inks I had in past I wander its a water base instead of a oil base doesn't say on box or paper work wasn't any inside of ink box, it takes foggy pictures and comes out wet and paper soaked most of time

Setting this up for my mother-in-law was great. She can now fax & print.

It is cheaply made but does the job for the price point. It is not as good at the WF3640, which is what I had before, but after 20 years it craped out and Epson no longer makes the model.

After having to buy a $200 protection plan to get help with the driver instillation this works good WHEN the computer doesn’t drop the printer.. Very unhappy I had to pay this to just get assistance with the driver installation in a desktop that I also bought at best buy 4 years ago. Will have to call back again to have the geek squad to figure out why the desktop keeps dropping the printer. When I have a spare 2 hours....
