Very well pleased with the performance of this machine.

"Wizard" available for download on phone only !! Poor form. Not convenient !

Best printer EVER! We have been using this printer for 3 weeks now and it hasn't disappointed. Used for work and home use - both adults and kids. It's fast and efficient printing keeps up with the printing demands of this hectic household.

Works great, we use the 2-sided print a lot and print on card stock in many different sizes. We are delighted in the fast delivery also.

Good piece of technology for a very fair price. Easy to set up.

Prints great but had a few issues with wireless setup.

There are still features that I have not used, but I love this printer. My first Epson Printed.

I have used Epson for years and I find this model is just as good as the more expensive I had before, it has the latest software and it Prints/Scans and even faxes if needed and for the price, you can't go wrong!

Since the whole COVID-19, I have worked from home. I needed to update my printer. The Epson workforce pro WF 3820 is an all in one printer and just amazing. The clarity on the prints are outstanding. I am very pleased with this product.

I've heard great things about Epson printers so I finally decided to try one. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of the printer, the print and scanning speed. Well worth the expense!

Printer is all it was intended to do. Printer is easy to set up.

This printer overall is a decent one…however… when I bought this in the store (Los Feliz), I specifically asked the customer service representative if this printer has the ability to scan double sided pages.. he was nice enough to look up the product and its properties, and his results were that indeed it did scan double-sided pages. I was really happy to have found the printer/scanner that I needed to be able to do some work from home. The next evening after I set it up and tried to scan a double-sided paper, I could not find the option in the drop-down menu of the scanner! I searched and I searched, tried going on advanced options and the only way it was going to let me do what I needed to do, was to scan one side of true page, take it out and scan the other side.. If I had a stack of documents that needed scanning this works be a terrible chore! I was really disappointed and didn’t have the energy to pack it up, drive it back to Los feliz store and argue about how this thing was misleading.. if the rep would have told me this, I would have never bought it.. and to top it off it’s pretty loud on the start up and shutdown.

Wireless option is useless. I have to uninstall and install it again about every other day. The printer is about 4 feet from the router. Also uses quite a bit off ink.

as of now it works great very similar to the HP officejet all-in-one 9010. Especially at half the price point.

got it on sale. excellent value. Took me 2 years to discover you can scan and send email .
