Good printer but a little hard to setup. Scanning function is a bit confusing. I ended up just setting up the cloud function to send my scan a to. Everything else seems good. We’ve had it for about a month.

took me a bit to get everything working the way I wanted. I just had to read the online manual carefully; and follow the steps. print quality is excellant and the time for multiple sheets is quite fast.

Still can’t get it to work. It won’t print from my phone to printer. Very flustrating

Took me a while to decide on which new printer to buy to replace my ancient Epson. I needed an ADF and color and as far as I could see there are no 5 star rated printers out there. I took a chance on the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 as it seemed to check the most boxes for me. Unlike other reviewers, I have not had any issues with the ADF jamming or misaligning the scans. So far a month in and no complaints.

Great spped with printing compared to my last priner. The ink is much more affordable too. I dont have any negtives to say. So far its been a reliable new edition to the home office.
