This printer is great! I brought it home and had it setup in no time. My laptop doesn’t have a cd/dvd drive so I used my phone with the app. It was so easy to set it up wireless. I’d recommend it to everyone.

The Epson WF-3820 Wireless All-In-One Printer is a compact, easily transportable device that I depend on daily. I travel extensively through the country and enjoy the convenience of printing, scanning, and faxing documents from my room as opposed to depending on whether or not the hotel has the device or supplies for me to use; or having to find a document center in the city. The ink cartridges are readily available as well.

I bought this printer around a year ago and it doesn’t work properly. It regularly disconnects from the WiFi and takes around 30 minutes to get it reconnected….every time. It randomly shoots out 10 blank pages in between my printed sheets. It will pint one page on two, three, five…it sucks. Trying to use the top loader and it regularly gets jammed…there is nothing in it…I have to open it and pretend to pull paper out for it start working again. It’ll start by taking one page at a time and then, it’ll pull the whole stack in. This printer sucks and I end up running out of time/ patience to get things to print. And recently it stopped printing in black… just black and I cleaned it and did the little self cleaning program and no black ink. I’m going today to buy a new one. Maybe mine is a dud and hopefully no one else will deal with these issues.

It was an easy set up. Within 10 minutes of bringing it home I was able to set up and start printing. I’ve had to make multiple prints and copies and out of the box I have not had to make any adjustments. I like the paper capacity and its not too loud.

Easy setup for wireless network printing. Unfortunately, a bit finicky to setup with a Chromebook, but once the detection issue was resolved there have been no other issues.

I chose this model over a regular home use printer because I use my printer for work as well. I tend to have internet connection problems with the typical home use printers, but not the case with this Epson model, as it is designed for Pros or businesses.

Nice printer for home. Easy to set up. This printer is a little larger than some, but has some nice features such as being able to scan more than one Piece of paper at a time. Also has a capability of a fax machine would recommend this

As a product, it’s not the best in its class, HOWEVER, I only paid $109. It has limited ADF features that’s acceptable and its print is acceptable at best but its speed more than makes up for this shortcoming. An added plus is the built in wired ethernet port. I now have a true workgroup printer/scanner in my house.

    DO NOT BUY-Firmware updates=unrecognizable ink

DO NOT BUY this Epson model or any other for that matter. If you make the horrific mistake of purchasing this printer, DO NOT allow your printer to do firm updates. If you do, the printer will not recognize its printer ink. And I DO NOT use 3rd party or “off brand” ink. The Epson printer will not even recognize its own ink! appArently this is a well known issue with not just this model but many Epson models. This problem Is well documented online and on YT. This was a complete waste of money, bordering on scam imo.
