It's working just fine. My kids love the easy to use features.
I will need to teach them the Toner/Ink replacing though.
Quality of the prints especially the colored ones, is really appreciated by my 2 boys who are still students. Good for school homework.

Easy to set up, perfect for our needs. I’d recommend for those that need to print off documents, receipts, shipping labels, etc occasionally like me. Reasonably priced too, I got it on sale 50% off.

I really love the printouts that I get from this printer. However, it has its quirks! I'm using it on WiFi, and for the most part it works perfectly. But now and then the WiFi drops and I have to fiddle around with it to get the WiFi back on line.
This is not the only printer I have in my office. I have an older HP 8710 and it has worked pretty flawlessly w/o dropping out of WiFi. Bothe printers are shared with my MAC, my wife's Dell Desktop and my HP Laptop computers.

This is my second EPSON printer all-in-one. The first one lasted about 9 years. This one is very easy to use with the touch screen. The print time is much faster. Compact with lots of tools to make scanning, printing, copying from home super easy from all devices.

Recent purchase, so have not tried all features. Set up was easy and both windows 10 and 11 computers along with iPhones/pads recognized it without needing any software. Print quality is good and fast although I would like a draft quality option to save ink, perhaps that is in the software I did not install. Have not used scanner yet so can’t rate it.

I want to be clear, I haven’t used it too much so this review is an early review of this product. Print quality is great so far. Fairly easy setup. My one complaint is the internet connection. I’ve tried 5-6 times to set up the WiFi and I will not connect to any device. I needed to scan a document to then file it with a website. Could not get it to connect. Had to use a usb drive to transfer it to my pc and then upload it. Also the terminology printed on the screen when trying to save the doc to the usb was a bit confusing but once I got it, I was fine. I’d still recommend it to someone looking for a good but inexpensive printer.

Very pleased with WorkForce Pro WF-3820. By following the directions closely, it was very easy to install. Has worked perfectly since installation about a month ago. Have had very good experiences with Epson printers. This is my third one. Previous workforce printer lasted 9 years without incident. I connect wirelessly and use IMACs.

Handles everything you can throw at it! Excellent in home, education, and even enterprise environments. The wide range of connectivity options is unparalleled, and so is the ease of use and intuitive interface. You’re able to get it set up and running within 15 minutes, and you’re guided through every step.
The print speed rivals more expensive printers, while the build quality and appearance give it the look and feel of higher-end MFDs. Print quality is what one might expect, and produces high-quality outputs that are good enough for almost everything.
The only downside to this printer is that the ink cartridges run out rather quickly, and they’re not cheap to replace by any stretch of the imagination. You have to use genuine OEM Epson cartridges, which are at a much higher price point than generic cartridges.
