Customers are saying
Customers have good things to say about the WorkForce WF-3620's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality. Many appreciate its reasonable price and compact size, along with the convenient setup and inclusion of fax and scanning capabilities. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud during operation and have noted challenges with the paper tray. Overall, the positive feedback on key features outweighs the reported minor drawbacks.

Great value and quality printing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this printer to replace my old Hp printer. It was exceptionally easy to set up and prints beautifully. I like the fact it does everything my old Hp did but takes up less desk space.

Prints fast, easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like this printer because it prints fast and easy to use however, the older model seemed to print photos sharper. Scanning was easier on older model too. Good for the price.

Good Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This workforce printer is great for a small office or home. Print quality is crisp, speed is decent, scanner is very good, sheet feeder works great for non damaged sheets. Its got a second input tray in the back which is great for envelopes, card stock or photo paper. that you don't want to make a full u-turn like sheets in the main tray. . Ink price is reasonable and my experience with other Epson inks is they do not dry out or clog, when you don't print often. Once setup the wireless is reliable. We have one user across the road with a less than optimal WiFi signal that prints just fine. For the price, speed and versatility its hard to beat.

Epson and HP make the best printers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We needed to test multiple printers for a new product being offered by our company, and the Epson and HP printers have easiest setup and best compatability with the other non-windows software that we are using.

Nice replacement for older WF
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed to replace WF600 and found this model to be excellent. Have only had for a month, but it was easy to install/set up with Windows7 on my home WiFi network. Operation similar to old printer, but this one has internal paper tray, so it takes some getting used to.

My 1st Epson and I really like it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had a lot of printers, and this is one of the best. I use to only buy and use the Laser Printers in my business. I still have a Samsung Laser Printer. However, this Epson does GREAT, and I'm certainly happy with it.

Great printer for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The epson printer set up quickly and easily. The touch screen walked me through the wireless set up and quickly synced to my computer. All in all the product performs as expected. It can be connected through a cable if you don't have wireless for some reason. I have used the printer and copying tray but have not used the fax. I had a little bit of a problem switching between paper types. This epson was a little temperamental but caught on after a few tries. Overall it's a great priced color all in one. It comes with a start up pack of inks that will not last long so I recommend purchasing the epson inks.

Love it!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is great for people who needs a two side page print and large volume of printing... Excellent for students. The ink is not that expensive and it last a long time. The ink doesn't run with highlighting it really is laser quality and the ability to print in color.

Decent printer/copier, but high price cartridge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent printer/copier, but high price cartridge. Epson makes good quality printer/copier, the drawback is buying their replacement cartridge. Replacement cartridge cost very very high, better get laser jet if you print frequently

great for the pricing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had the 635 and liked it. This is smaller and just as nice. More quiet too. If you're not looking to break the bank on features you don't need, get this.

Great All-In-One with just a few quirks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The quirks are not deal breakers. I would buy this same printer again. I'm partial to Epson having owned several over the year. We had one break down recently and just needed to replace it. I work from home and have two college age kids still living with us printing out homework, too. I used to buy lower quality printers and this time decided to step things up a tier. I'm not disappointed in the slightest. This printer prints quickly, has large ink cartridges that last a long time, prints double-sided, has terrific print quality, a large (full ream) paper tray, and more! We use airprint over wifi all the time and it works really well. Our home Internet service provider isn't that great, though, so one problem we have is that we frequently (more than is reasonable) have to reset the wifi connection to the printer. I wish the printer would remember the network and try to connect automatically after each time the network goes down, but it doesn't appear to do that - maybe there's a setting I'm overlooking, though. This is the first quirk. Another quirk is that the indicator lights are extremely bright. I have to cover my eyes a little when I approach the machine! So I've actually cut a small piece of sticky notes and tapped them down over the indicator lights to dim them down to a more appropriate brightness - weird, huh? The bypass sheet feeder on the back is a little clunky to use, too. Normally you would just stick some extra paper in there, then go tell it to print using this source instead of the paper tray, right? Nope. You have to FIRST queue it to print and THEN go put the paper in the feeder, or it spits the paper out and doesn't work. Another thing is, if I want to make a copy, I actually have to press the COPY button on the touch screen before it will let me press the B&W or Color button to make the copy - an extra unnecessary step in my opinion. But, like I said, these are just non-dealbreaking quirks. The good outweighs the bad on all fronts here. I love the device and it is so much more robust (higher quality) than the lower end models I had previously purchased. I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
