Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the WorkForce WF-3620's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality. Many appreciate its reasonable price and compact size, along with the convenient setup and inclusion of fax and scanning capabilities. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud during operation and have noted challenges with the paper tray. Overall, the positive feedback on key features outweighs the reported minor drawbacks.

    Solid printer

Solid printer for low-volume applications like home-office. Printer arrived very well packed, and includes ink. Does not include USB cable (Which isn't needed). When first turns on, follow the instructions on its color screen. In my case, connected it via ethernet cable to a home router nearby. It also supports Wi-Fi. Then the menu walks through fax settings etc. The printer can be configured from its own screen and buttons or via its web page. It supports AirPrint and there are also apps to use its scanner from a phone or tablet. Windows 10 doesn't need drivers to print. Windows 7 needs drivers, but I was pleasantly surprised that there is only one download from the Epson web site is all that's required, which installs print, fax and scanner tools. There is a 'Combo driver' available for Windows 10 and macOS with additional functionality as well, Besides AirPrint, it also supports google print and email to print and scanner cloud, as well as scanning to USB and memory cards. The memory card slots on the printer, by default are configured to appear as a network driver (this can be changed), which can be useful in some cases. ADF supports dual-sided scanning, as well as printing on both sides. Buttons are well laid out, and have a solid feel. It's color screen is a bit small but it works well for what it is, and at this price point, nothing to complain about. The printer uses three color cartridges and one black. A reason for choosing this instead of 'photo' printers is the expectation that using 4 cartridges instead of 6 or so for photo printers would be cheaper in the long run. Print quality is fine. Nothing special, and nothing to complain about. we use it for normal household printing, including young kids and their projects. This model has been sold since 2014, and Epson keeps updating its firmware. At some point during installation, the printer found a new firmware (From 2017) and asked to install it. (on its own, without a computer). This attests to be a solid workhorse. Had it for about a month with no issues.

The Epson Work force 3620 I recently bought works pretty well. I haven't used every function yet, however it seems work well for all of my printing & copying purposes.

So far, this Epson Workforce WF-3620 is the best printer I've ever used. I've been an HP printer user for many years and decided to change after HP's ink cartridges cost me more than the actual printer did after several years of use... This little machine does it all, and fits my small business office very well... Compact and versatile, holds up to 250 pages of paper, in a tray, within a closed cabinet, fast and quiet printing, uses a Epson's formulated pigmented ink instead of your standard printer dyes, which dries almost as fast as the paper copy coming out of the printer... and Epson's pigmented ink doesn't smear at all... not like standard printer ink dyes can do... and the Epson ink cartridges are more affordable, and I believe goes a lot longer, than other company printer cartridges. Photo printing is a snap, and the colors are very vibrant and sharp... again... the pigmented ink doesn't smear from the prints even when using special photo paper. According to Epson... it says that their pigmented ink will also shed water! I'm still learning more about the WF-3620 printer as time goes along... but so far, it has met and surpassed my expectations, and will be a great asset to me and my small business.

My first workforce printer lasted 5 years. The new one I just bought is even better. The screen is larger and brighter. It also prints faster. I do recommend it.

My printing needs aren't great (in-home office) so this printer is perfect. I especially like the slot for a high capacity black ink cartridge. I've used all four features (copy, print, scan and even fax) and they all work very well.

At work we use the Epson 3620. Love it so much we purchased two, one for home one for our college student. Follow the short and easy instructions. Best is the wireless feature. We can print from almost anywhere in the house. It might be a little big for some, approximately 10"H, 15"D, 18"W but fits on a TV tray tucked in a corner of our home office. I recommend purchasing the service agreement. It is reasonable. My work printer needs service and we didn't purchase the agreement. Bought it for both home computers.

This printer was purchased to be used by my wife's parents - 70 years young! My father-in-law selected it in the store after reading the features listed on the box and on the display unit. He liked the look of it and the seemingly easy set up and use. After installing it they both seem to like it just fine. They have not had any trouble using it to print, scan, and copy. They have not used the fax feature.

This is my first Epson printer, before I always purchased HP. But in reading all the reviews of the HP printers the only good printers are priced over $300 and I am not willing to pay that! This Epson 3620 was on sale and for my printing needs it is printing OK. I did notice a difference on picture print quality compared to my old HP printer. The Epson has a grainy look to it where the HP was more like a print, but like I said for my printing needs I don't need this quality. Setup: It was very easy to set up this printer and the original ink cartridges are still in (Have not had to replace them yet). Scanning took a learning curve from the HP. my old HP scanner scanned the whole scanning glass and then you had the option to crop or adjust it. This scanner just scans and you deal with any adjustments latter. But I do like the document feeder to scan both sides. Faxing: The set up was easy and guided you along and also sent a test fax to the Epson web site to ensure it is working, (nice). All in all if you are not printing pictures for a living than this is a good printer for you.

I need an inexpensive printer that can do a lot in my business. This Epson All In One seems to be holding up quite well. The printing is sharp and clear and easily prints on labels, cardstock and plain paper as well. Good printer.

Our last wi-fi printer was constantly disconnecting. This printer installed easily and has been 100% reliable on the home wi-fi. Great quality, especially the black text.

I love this printer! For $89 you can't beat what this printer is able to do. Everytime I bought an HP it was a piece of junk, I am a fan of Epson from now, until the end.

The printer is working out great for my needs. It is easy to use and I love the fact that you can buy the ink colors separately. This was one of the selling points for me. No more wasted ink. I also like the fact that you can load 200 pages in the paper tray and not have to hand feed them into the printer. Also a selling point for me was the fact that it is wireless and you do not need an USB cord.
