I have been using different models of HP in the past but had problem with all of them, the ink is expensive and the features are not so advanced. This Epson model is much better especially with regards to copying and scanning features. Print quality is comparable with HP. Overall I do recommend it over HP.

this printer boots up quicker than my old HP printer. It also does not jam as much. I like the two trays for paper as I can use a different type of paper in each one. I make a lot of greeting cards so I can keep card stock in the second tray.

Easy to setup and to connect all my devices wirelessly. I love the fact that i can Mobile print now. This was a replacement for an older model Kodak printer. The Touch Screen makes using the various features easy.The ink cartridge refills are reasonably priced and last longer than my previous printer.

This is a really great All In One! It prints quick, characters are sharp and no smudging. The scanner and copy functions are also quick and sharp. A truly great All In One! I haven't used the fax yet so can't comment on the fax function and that is why I only give 4 stars.

Seems to be a good printer. Lots of features. printing a picture is supposed to be one of the best. in black, my old hp seem to do better, This was on a clear decal sheet. Everything else seems to be good.

Went in Best buy to purchase a much more expensive all in one printer. Noticed the Epson WF-3640 unit for half the money offering even more features. So far so good , set it up wireless which was a snap and copies are clear and fast. I would recommend this unit.

I needed a printer that could handle the large amounts of printing and scanning I do since I go to school online. This printer definitely exceeds my expectations! Super fast scanning, autofeed tray, very affordable ink in separate cartridges, great print quality. Definitely recommend to others!

WiFi connectivity was easy and the print quality is excellent. Speed is pretty good and how quickly the ink gets used up is the only negative. Good for home use, but even light office would be too much for how quickly you go through the ink

I needed a printer that had a fax, and happened on this printer while shopping with sun for computer related items. Did a quick search of reviews and saw that for the price it was a good deal, and would be a good fit for what I needed. It is doing awesomely. I like the touch screen features and it has so many other goodies I am still working with it. It is a bit heavy, but I can pick it up enough to move it around. It's somewhat sturdy, I mean that's good considering it's plastic and not metal. Prints very well, and faxes great so no complaints. Hopefully when I start printing photos, I'll be just as satisfied.

We were tired of none of the brand name printers not working with many of the products by Apple. This EPSON multi-function printer does the job and is super easy to set up with the included software! It installed very easy as our household family network printer, scanner, fax, and copy machine with ALL of our wide variety of Apple products (iMac, MacBook Pros, MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones!! and it even worked with our lone PC from Dell!) FINALLY a printer that can do all with all the electronics in our family and was so simple to set up! Nice job EPSON!! and Best Buy had the lowest price of anyone on this outstanding Multi-function printer!

This printer was such a great buy. We actually brought it during a really good sale! I was skeptical at first but I gave in and let me tell you it's worth every penny! It even offers a free fax service through the website. (Might have been promotional don't remember) I love this printer!

Excellent printer, prints quickly, and quietly, works with any device wirelessly, prints on both sides, plenty of paper space, inks lasts for quite awhile.

Great printer. For the price, you'd be hard pressed to find anything better. While it isn't the smallest home printer you'll find, it has extensive features in an all in one printer, copier, scanner, fax machine. Holding 500 sheets of paper in its 2 trays is perfect. The color reproduction and speed is excellent. This Epson printer uses their high end printing system which equates to higher printing speeds, better color reproduction, and faster drying. No smearing whatsoever on copies something that can be an issue on cheaper ink jets. Overall, a really great product.

I would give it five stars, but I had challenges with setting it up until the Geek squad came and hooked up our router. Otherwise, it's a great printer. It doesn't take long to prain't, scan or even fax. This is my favorite by far and I've had many.

It was easy setup and very way to use! We bought this as a beginner all in one printer for us to use for a small business. It is blue tooth capable me the cartridges are very easy to change out.

Printer was easy to set up on computer and cell phones! Love the large number buttons for sending a fax....do not need a pencil!! Prints both color and b/w quickly!

This is hands down the best inkjet printer i've ever owned. It is quiet has a scan tray, huge touch screen, multiple paper trays, scan to cloud, copy, fax, ink lasts a good length of time, easy wireless setup, PERFECT PRINTER!!!

My 3rd Epson printer and they get better each time. Best Buy had a price I couldn't pass up. Easy to operate and the pictures come out as good or better than from an outside printing source.

set it up myself and I am not an IT person. Used it wirelessly to print from my iPad and a new dell all in one computer. Printed a multiple page tax return in no time. That was worth the price alone. Best Buy accepted a Lexmark in trade on select Epson printers which made it a super buy.

I usually buy another major brand when I am shopping for printers, but this Epson met my minimum requirements (35 page document feeder, color printing, and wireless network capability). The dual paper trays were a bonus. Excellent price and so far it has been entirely reliable.
