Wireless!! Although bulky it does a great job printing and quick.

I haven't had this for long, but it has been working as expected since setup. I've been burned by three HP printers in the past 10 years, and they will no longer get any of my money. Print quality for the Epson has been good, but it's too early to tell how efficient it is with ink. I may provide an update later.

We had the old one and we upgraded to this one love it just wish ink was cheaper

I am still learning to use the printer, but am very satisfied with the ink price. I use a smaller Epson for travel - great printer as well.

I love my new printer. It prints each paper in less than 50 seconds. This is a substitution of a simple HP printer, which was giving jam paper problems, and other problems. I love how this printer looks, and how fast it is. The text on paper looks pretty nice and the images as well.

Have never owned an Epson printer, but my last few printers were terrible. This one has been pretty good and reliable. Had a few issues with the print head and nozzles drying up quickly in the first few weeks, but it's much better now. So happy with it, so far. Let's hope it lasts. Crossing my fingers

The printer itself operates well when I use the wire. For the wireless, it is almost impossible for someone not computer literate to use. We had someone come to the house to get it working, then it stopped working due to malware. We had to bring it to the Geek Squad to clean out the computer. After that, the printer no longer operated as a wireless. I can't get it working wirelessly.

I like a lot of things about this printer. It has all the features I need at a low price. I would give it four or even five stars except for a nagging problem that shouldn't even occur. I set the page to "Black and White" before hitting the Print button, and the copy comes out in color. I reported this to Epson when they emailed me to see how I liked the product, and the response directed me to do what I was already doing and had described to them. When I said that, they said it was an issue for the Technical Department. I have not heard back from them. It goes without saying that the printer should accept the command from the print page. My other Epson printer does. This unnecessarily costs me for the color ink. For about $20 more I could have gotten an HP without this problem and would save the difference in ink in the first year.

Brought this printer home and most items were set up automatically. Was very easy to personalize. Quick print. Great picture output. The only thing I have not yet done is to hook up the fax. If you are computer literate you may find this easy to do; however, I find I will need a little assistance.
