Very quality product very easy to install and use on app

As of 2 ish months, still trucking in below 0 temps. Good camera quality, however ai auto detection sometimes has some difficulties.

I like the fact that this doorbell camera doesn't require a subscription to view past events like some others. Granted, it is storing event video in the device itself, which is less secure than in the cloud in cases where the device is stolen, but we also have a porch security camera and live in a safe neighborhood, so that wasn't a big deal. It hooked up easily to our existing doorbell wiring and we were able to have our Alexa device act as a doorbell. One downside is that you can't hook a conventional electric doorbell chime to this for some reason, so you need to either buy their chime or hub, or use a smart home device like Google or Alexa to connect to it and announce doorbell ring events. I would have liked it if it came with a simple wireless chime that you could plug in by your front door to announce visitors, but the Alexa workaround is fine. The app was awful when I first bought it and would crash all the time. Within a few weeks they issued an update and now it works well, and allows me to view the doorbell live or look at past events. I would definitely recommend this doorbell, especially for those who don't like being stuck with yet another subscription service.

These doorbells are pretty cool. Cameras (two of them) on each unit work well and have a good image. I really like that there are 2 cameras (one pointing straight out and another pointing down to track packages left around the door). Works well, easy to set up, and easy to use. Bought several of these and all work well.

Unit works well easy setup,camera quality is good. No subscription always a plus.The down side is app is unstable and locks up.

Another weapon to combat porch pirates. Work right out of the package with minimal effort. Product eliminates the watch dog.

Easy to install. Really liked the double cam feature for packages. App has worked perfectly. Just once, the Package Guardian started sending several notifications (under very low light) saying "package was delivered" and immediately other saying "package was picked up". But the package was there just sitting.

Honestly the camera is amazing, video quality is top notch, audio quality is great too. I love the Split View so you can see the floor by the front door for when packages are delivered. The built in AI also lets you know if a package has been picked up/ dropped off. Only one small complaint I have is the app sometimes takes a very long time to load video clips/ live view of the camera which makes seeing who is at your door in a timely manor something difficult. Over all amazing device!

Easy to install. Image quality is very good. Automatically captures image of the face. Best part is it does not require a subscription. App is also good and easy to use. I will seriously consider Eufy cameras when I need to replace my current setup.

Good with xtra packets tracking. Older home so don’t have voltage at the door so just using batteries. It doors drain quite fast so I have an xtra battery to trade anytime. I did not like the all in one camera and lock combined as that then is obstructed by the screen door. For me separate lock and doorbell camera was better. Also means two batteries. The all in one will have higher battery demand.

Really good & very useful product..it's worth every penny

Easy to install and has all of the parts needed to make the unit installation easy. It can be installed where the existing door bell is and easy to program.

The view quality is awesome! I had the older style with no package camera and this updated/upgraded version is very worth it.

This is my 2nd video doorbell since the Google/Nest doorbell battery was terrible. Barely lasted 2 weeks though my front door activity is relatively low. I've used this Eufy doorbell for about a month now, and I still have 92% of battery left. Outstanding. And the video quality is good as well.

I have used a lot of eufy products and I keep being blown away by the built quality and the customer service to back up their products. Eufy holds a very niche place in the smart home world, they are not budget like the blink or the other cheaper alternatives and they are not in the upper echelon of all the other premium devices. This however punches above its price tag. This is basically how you get all the bells and whistles on a budget with no monthly membership dues. I recommend this 100%

This is a great smart doorbell. I replaced my Arlo bell with this as i don't want to pay for cloud storage anymore

This doorbell camera has great video quality. I love that I can see my packages when delivered. I already have Eufy cameras, so this is on the same app. Very happy with this purchase. I installed it myself with ease.

Runs circles round a RING doorbell. Connects easier, good battery life. Double camera to see the doormat and the person. Lets you know when packages were delivered and when picked up.
