I purchased this Insignia 18 Cu Ft refrigerator during a black friday sale. I am very pleased with it so far. It is energy efficient and runs so quiet I had to check to make sure it was working. The in store process was easy and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable of the appliances. The delivery person was very professional and I could see how experienced he was moving the old one out and the new one in a very narrow kitchen. He took the time to explain how long to wait before adding food to the fridge and where to call if I had any questions or problems. Overall a good experience and I would buy from the Midland Texas location again.

The install of my washer dryer and pedestals was quick and easy the team even showed up earlier than expected my house looks more complete

The 2 guys that came out were friendly, curteous, and respectful. They measured the door frame and seemed to be careful about moving the old fridge out and the new one in. They were actually a bit ahead of schedule, which i was happy about, and explained what to do if there were any issues.

Received my new 75" Samsung TV in perfect condition. Delivered exactly on time with no issues. Delivery men were polite and friendly. Very happy with this new TV? Set up myself with no issues, volume control on remote was a little tricky To understand yet my first encounter with calling BestBuy for help the male service person hung up on me, second call I spoke with a young lady that was very helpful and happy to walk me through the set up process. Now it's very easy to use. Overall Im very happy with this Samsung TV.

This product is a great product. The Best Buy employees were knowledgeable. The installer was a contracted employee that liked to argue, but overall it was a good experience.

The Best Buy technicians that installed my kitchen appliances were skilled and experienced to handle appliance installations. They were professionalism, knowledge, and ability to quickly and efficiently set up my appliances.

Terrible deliver by best buy. They charged an arm and a leg for delivery just for it not to show up.

Showed up early in the day. Friendly and professional.

I purchased this as I live approximately 80 miles from the Rockford store, where I made my purchase. I learned when I got there to pick up my 65" OLED, it could damage the set to lay it down on the side. I wasn't happy as this was not explained to me at the time of purchase. But they dealt with me on a reasonable delivery fee, and at the end of the day, I wanted my new OLED TV to reach me undamaged. So, in the end, I was happy they worked with me!

My son just moved to Urbana Va. His small apartment is not so easy to find. Diakon arrived on time and made a pretty hard job look easy. The dryer exhaust required more length which was no issue as they had it on truck. I was worried about the install so far out, Best Buy had it covered and both appliances, Washer and Dryer, are operating very well.

Great crew, perfect install. Crew even gave step by step instructions on using equipment and tips for cleaning.

Very good. I like it a lot. It does what it should.

I am thankful that we are able to receive deliveries of major appliances even though we live an hour away from the nearest Best Buy and the cost does not break the bank. I also like that I am able to track the delivery team's arrival on a map, so I know when to expect them to arrive.

It is a worth buying product, infact i preferred to my previous product.
