The good: Camera was easy to setup, mount and adjust. Camera has great a great picture day and night. (I have yet to use it in the cold weather) The middle: The night vision is very likely less than the 98 feet. I am lucky to see about half that. It would likely be better during a full moon. If you have it on a deck (about 10 feet from the camera to the railing). On the night picture, the only reason the yard is somewhat visible is because of a light on my barn in backyard. The bad: Cord is only about 4.5 feet long. (Camera pig tail is about 1 foot long. Cord has a transformer built into the plug end of it, but it is too large for the largest in-use type outdoor cover (single gang). I had to modify the outdoor cover just to make this camera work for constant outdoor use. If you have a 2 gang outdoor plug this would likely work better with nothing in the adjacent plug and a tall cover in place. Cord connection to the pigtail does not appear to have any weather-proofing at all. (but the network connection did). You can likely purchase a longer cord online (if you match the polarity, but I think one should be included for this price (even if on sale). Summary - The camera seems to work good so far. Seems to have great images and videos. Mounting is very limited by the reach of the provided cord. If you want to mount it further than 5 feet from a plug you have to use an extention cord (and protect the transformer during outdoor use).

This is my second Ezviz Wireless Outdoor Security Camera and while they added some nice new features to the C3W, all that glitters is not gold. While it can still accept a SD card for video storage and playback, it will only work with certain brands and capacity. This is not a deal breaker but it would help if they designed it to accept the most popular brand in the 128 gb storage capacity. Now I’m forced to order a Transcend 128 gb SD Card from Amazon because Best Buy does not sell this brand. Got it on sale at Best Buy, great deal and a decent wireless security camera.

Features are good but the night vision quality is very low.

Inexpensive and now I can tell the mailman where to leave package instead of having to stop what I am doing and answer the door!
