A: This device can be connected using an Ethernet cable or using WiFi connectivity. Users have the preference to use either way to connect the device to the WiFi
Q: Can you store the data on your computer?
A: Yes - To configure the device to record to your computer, you are required to perform some RTSP configuration on your computer. For more information on configuring RTSP, please visit the support section of EZVIZ website.
A: If you have the IR lights turned off, and have some ambient light, you should be able to see night time images in color. By default the device has its IR lights turned on. C3W and Ezguard are similar devices just model name was upgraded.
Q: Does this camera record 24/7 ? I'm looking for a camera that only records when motion is detected.
A: All EZVIZ cameras are programmed to record motion events when they occur.
Q: Can I setup more than one camera on the app?
