The best lens. Catches all tiny details very clearly. The picture is extremely clean. I can proudly say yes this is the right choice .People ask me what are you using and i want buy too. People gives me more work thanks to Sony and best buy who allows me to share my all work with amazing people.

This lens blew my mind. Ever since it was announced I've been wanting to snatch one, but they would not stay in stock long enough for me to purchase one. I finally was able to get one and take advantage of Best Buy's 24 month 0% financing. It is ridiculously sharp and fast, handles low light like a champ and the bokeh is out of thisworld. Have not taken it off my A7iii since I bought it!

Stopped using a 50mm focal length but once I rented this lens I had to buy it. Spends more time on my camera now than a 35mm or 85mm. Outside portraits pair well with the Sony 135mm f1.8.

The ultimate in portrait photography! A bokeh monster of a lens. Also can be used for low light landscape photography. I highly recommend if the budget allows. My new favorite piece of glass.

This lens is sold out everywhere, so i had no choice but to buy it when i saw it in "Excellent" condition on BestBuy's website. Does it look excellent? Also, no packaging material inside box for 2k lens? I can't even return it because new one is sold out everywhere :( Tried contacting customer service via Chat, they were unable to help and told me to go to a store and talk to someone. Lens is working so far, but my point is.... its not in a condition that was described "Excellent"

My 50mm f/1.2 lens, absolutely in love with it! Beautiful bokeh, tack-sharp when it needs to be, and overall just an amazing piece of glass.

Obsessed is an understatement. This lens is top notch. The low f/stop helps create that beautiful bokeh and with it only being a 50mm I don’t feel like I am a million miles away from my clients.
