I like how this watch helps me as I am helping patients for my job at the hospital.

Love this Fitbit! Only deducted a star because the charger that came with it was broken. It wasn't expensive to get a replacement so I didn't bother with coming in to exchange it.

Love the Inspire 3 because it has a secure attachment to belt that don’t allow it to come off arm easily. Also love it’s display color of date, time & steps
Hi there, LoriM. We’re sorry to hear battery life on your Inspire 3 hasn’t been the best. You should be getting up to 10 days of battery life on your device — here’s some suggestions to keep your device running all day:
1. Turn off always-on display. 2. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness. 3. Turn off the Button Lock setting.

Today when I opened the package containing the Fitbit Inspire 3 I ordered from Best Buy, I saw that the Fitbit box inside had already been opened. Someone had cut through one end of the box (see photo). I took it to the nearest Best Buy, and asked for a replacement. I was told there were none available anymore, anywhere, but I could exchange it for one of the other colors. No - pink or orange are not for me. I asked if they could just notify me when they got more in, but they said they couldn't. I asked if they could comp me a replacement band, as I've seen bands made for Fitbits for sale, but they said no. Instead, they said, if I wanted a replacement band comped, I would have to take the issue up with the shipper, not with them. REALLY?? Surely Best Buy does not give *unsealed* boxes to FedEx when they turn merchandise over to be shipped. The Fitbit box would have to have been cut open *before* it was placed and sealed in a box. Best Buy refused to take any responsibility at all for someone in their warehouse cutting open the Fitbit box before sealing the item in a box for shipping. The sale has ended, so even though I could get a Fitbit Inspire 3 from another store, I would have to pay full price, because Best Buy won't take responsibility, or at least agree to notify me when they get more inventory in, or comp a replacement band that isn't pink or orange. Very disappointing.

Best Fitbit I’ve had! Tracks steps, sleep, etc. Display is big enough for easy reading! Comfortable to wear, although I replaced the rubber band with leather, but just my preference. Battery life is fantastic… lasts for days!! Purchased and then went on sale for $30 less…Best Buy adjusted the price, no problem.

My Alta HR finally but the dust so I needed to upgrade. I love my new Inspire. One of the biggest improvements is the screen which I can read in any light (the Alta was hard to impossible to read outdoors most of the time). I also like how it shows the full data that was often abbreviated on the Alta.
