    Good a good product. You should use Apple Fitness it has everything. It's best for when you're working or staying somewhere that you can't go to the gym. It will do the work and let your workout streak continue

    I benefited from using Apple fitness more than I imagined I would. I have subscribed to other fitness apps and the Apple fitness workouts were by far the best out of others that I have tried.

    the best app for fitness at home. If you are a beginner and wanna be in shape or just to be more active, try Fitness Plus before any gym subscription. Why go to the gym and be around sweaty and smelly people if you can work out at home?

    Better than wasting money on a gym membership if you have a nice community fitness center (if you rent like I do) definitely enjoy the instructors. New classes are released every Monday. They have it all!
