Researched prior to purchasing and this freezer was the best value for the money at the time of purchase. Purchased manual defrost as this should keep food better for longer term storage. Purchased upright rather than chest as chest freezers are more difficult to clean out and items tend to get buried. The lack of a handle on the front of the door is an advantage for the place where my freezer located.

Researched upright freezers and the Frigidaire was the best value upright freezer. For my purposes the fact that it does NOT have a handle on the front of the door was an advantage. Best Buy price matched and delivered as promised with no issues.

So far my comments will be limited because I haven't even had a chance to plug it in yet. It looks really nice and sturdy, let's hope for the best.

Is great for small area to put a freezer...........

I purchased this upright freezer a few weeks ago for my wife. She picked it out and absolutely loved it. Fit perfect in the space we chose for it. Still haven't filled it up but am looking forward to trying. 5 star purchase

Wasn't sure if 12.8 would be enough. It's huge. Quiet. Frost free and lock is excellent feature

It does exactly as described and works very well. I haven't noticed an increase in my electric bill, so it seems energy efficient.

This was the smallest size freezer we could find. We were limited on space so we were shopping by dimensions. It is a basic model and is little noisy but not disturbing.

This is smaller than my last upright freezer. I get no light in this freezer but it is compact upright and roomy enough for our small family. The fit is great in the garage takes up little room.

I went to the store asked specifically for a freezer 25.5 inches or less deep. Got one 28 inches deep. Complained to the salesman, Josh. He said that he's check into it. Nothing. Guess I'm stuck with it

Does exactly what I bought it for without spending a ton of money.

We needed a freezer to fit 25.5 and this was supposed to it came and its 29 not 25. also it said it had a lock and it does not. was hoping to lock to help keep my kids from getting in and out but can't. also needed that size to fit in our space and it does not. this is second unit we've ordered that came in and was not dimensions stated on best buys site. we have to make some major modifications in the home to make this work sadly. but need a freezer asap so we have to make it work. sadly its more a BB issue i think then then manufacture since its different manufacture then the last one. BB needs to check their specs.
