I have had this freezer almost a year now. Only one time did it give me trouble. The repair man was prompt & fixed a loose connection behind the display. Except for this it would have gotten 5 stars.

Nice size for a smaller home or apartment. Upright makes it easy to access your frozen food.

Using as an extra freezer in the garage. Love the frost-proof ability, exterior digital temp gauge, and ability to lock freezer closed.

I've had the freezer for 2 Months, works great, however this week the fan has become noisy where it had not been that way in the past. The freezer is in the Garage so fan noise isn't a factor, however the sudden change in the sound of the fan is cause for concern. Hoping that it does not lead to a problem.

Freezer is working good. It was in a box but had a small dent in the left side outside panel. Didn't think it would hurt anything and was to much trouble to load back up and get back to store. Was disappointed when Best buy credit dept kept asking questions and even wanted another credit card number to proceed. I was not going to do that so told them to cancel. Asking this didn't sound right to me or to the manager at the store . I hope he proceeded to follow up on this like he said he would. Especially when the sales rep or manager hadn't heard of them doing this before. Our credit rating is over 800 so didn't see what the problem was.

This is just the right size freezer. There is a freezer in our refrigerator, but we frequently need more for the holidays or for bulk purchases during hot deals. Also works well for the occasional deer I may shoot. And an upright is just so much more handy to get at stuff then a chest freezer. Plus not having to defrost it a couple of times a year is a real bonus.

This is just the perfect sized freezer to keep things organized and see what you have. I haven't had it long but so far I find it to be a great purchase!

Very roomy, takes up little space. Overall good product for the money.

Large enough for my needs without being too big. Frost free is a great feature, since I keep the unit in the basement.

perfect size freezer for what I need. The size and capacity is just what I needed for my new shop.

We bought this for an overflow freezer and it is in our condo. It is a little noisy when the compressor is running, and having it perfectly level is 100% essential to preventing a very bad vibration noise when the compressor runs (and I mean 100% level!). Will be excellent when we move so it can sit in a garage.

Serves it's purpose well but it is in our garage and we can still here the motor running in the main part of the house. Would recommend to a friend, but not for inside of house..

I wanted a smaller self-defrosting upright freezer at a good price. I feel I got it!

Like the machine for the price, and delivery was next day. I'm a little concerned about the bill because it seems to be running a lot, even in my cold garage. A higher efficiency freezer might be worth it, but more expensive for sure
