Love it because its cooler and big and frost free!

We are very happy with this freezer. Love all the sturdy plastic drawers...much nicer than the wire ones that come in some freezers. Lots of different ways to organize the door shelves as well. Definitely happy with the purchase!

It was time for us to get a new freezer so we wouldn't have to worry about dependability. This one is very spacious, especially with the "drawers." Delivery and haul-away went well-- the guys were very careful. Bought Geek Squad protection as we do for everything so we feel secure.

Good over all frezzer. Lots of space for anything you may need to keep frozen.

As a family of 4, with two small children, we buy a lot of frozen items. Our old freezer was too small, so we upgraded to this one. I love having the light, which was the feature I cared least about when we were looking. The adjustable shelves are easy to move and the sliding baskets are just the right size. We haven't had this unit for very long yet, but so far it is great!

So far this is a great freezer, I want to tell everyone to go buy one. My friend went to get the same one and she love it. WE are going to tell all our friends about this freezer and i will be back for more items.

I like how it has lots of different shelves so I can stay more organized. It also comes with labels for the drawers. Its perfect for what we need it for. I just wish it had an alarm on when it gets left open it would go off.

This freezer is a replacement for our small cheat freezer. Not only does this freezer hold more, but also has enough racks to get our freezer more organized.

Great product, efficient and spacious. Gave it a 4 star because the door is hard to open; need to give it a good pull. The fact that it does have a key for extra safety is a great feature.

I had a chest freezer, but didn't like the fact that you had to dig to get down into it. This upright freezer is perfect!

I didn't want a chest style freezer and found this one and it was in Best Buy's warehouse and I could pick it up the same day since I needed it ASAP. You just don't see a lot of this style freezer and Best Buy had it!

This is a great freezer. Being upright you can see most everything in it so it is easy to know what needs to be restocked. We had a chest freezer before and should have replaced it years ago. It runs really quiet if you make sure you get it level.

Solid freezer with good capacity. Delivery from Best Buy was professional and easy. Lock on freezer is a bonus. Well-placed shelves and solid closure. Very happy with purchase.

Got this unit on sale at a local Best Buy. Had them deliver the unit. It has been running solid for the last few months with no issues and seems to be a solid appliance. I did purchase the additional warranty just in case.
