Even when I use one hand on the side of the freezer and the other hand to open the door it doesn't open for the first 4-5 times. The whole freezer moves, but the door still won't open.

Freezer is installed in unheated garage and works great. Reached operating temperature quickly. Shelving, 2 pull-out baskets and door provide plenty of storage and visibility for all sizes & shapes. The green light on the front/bottom is a nice feature to let you know the power is on.

It does not bother me because my freezer is in a storage area but it is a little noisy. More so than my previous 20 yo GE freezer. Love the baskets between shelves makes it so much easier to organize.

The delivery by Best Buy was quick and painless. I did not rate it a 5 stars, because I've not had it long enough to grade it higher.

I had a chest freezer for years and what a pain it was retrieving food from the bottom. Everything is organized now which makes it so much easier to see what is running low. There is a lot of room and the huge drawers keep frozen packages together without falling all over the place. Extra shelves on the door are a real bonus.
