And the ability to switch them to be either a freezer or a fridge is great. We use one always as a freezer, and if we need to... we can double our freezer capacity by turning down the other and making it a fridge. TONs of space. We purchased two, and basically made ourselves a MASSIVE double wide unit. You know the doors are closed, as the nearly vacuum seal when they shut. Which is the only downside of these. If you don't have them filled very much, they are a little difficult to open.

Only draw back is that the manufacture specifications of the dimensions are wrong. This freezer is bigger than what the specs say so be careful with determining if it will fit where you want to place it.

We lost our spare fridge and the hope is that since it is dual purpose we can use this as a refrigerator during the summer as a spare. I LOVE all the space this has and that all the shelves can be moved and the door can be rearranged. So far very happy with it.

Only complaints are I can't see how to adjust the shelves, or remove for cleaning & maybe it should have come with a few more bins to fit more of the spaces in the door.
