Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.frigidaire wants to "TRY to repair" but i have a strict replacement policy for things that catch fire in my home (never had to use this policy before). spent hours on the phone with several customer service supervisors in a circular argument about how a warranty on a brand new appliance THAT CATCHES ON FIRE should work, but apparently there was a language barrier.

How do you sell a product you don't have in stock? Plus it's already paid for. Best buy is great for small items, electronics, and games, major appliances not so hot.
