The Range had a big dent on the side when delivered but I didn’t notice until I removed the box, by then the delivery guys had already left. Also when using the oven a lot of condensation builds up around the glass and is hard to see inside with the light On.

Well styled, handsome range and oven. Knobs have good feel. Good size oven. Easy to use control panel.
Only improvement to appearance would be to make the large black window smaller so more stainless steel is in front.

It's a no-frills kind of stove. But that is what we wanted. I hard wired 6-3 and that was no party. We like it so far. only downside is the top. Hard to keep clean and always scared we are going to break it.

We ordered a Frigidaire Electric Range (order number BBY01-806941874284) and we had a very bad experience with buying this Range from Best Buy. It was supposed to be delivered to our nearest Best Buy store on June 15th. We didn't get any update about the delay in delivery until 2 days after. We were doing our kitchen renovation so we needed that Range on June 17th morning. We called Best Buy on June 17th morning and they said that the delivery will leave the warehouse soon and arrive at the store later that night or the next morning for us to pick up. We then later called after an hour to confirm again and ask additional questions for which we then got a response from Best Buy saying the Range should be delivered by 4-5pm that day. We then went around 3pm to the physical store to check and they said the truck delivery is not here and will come tomorrow. Because we really wanted the Range that day because of the kitchen work happening and works waiting, again we went at 7pm to the physical store and they said the delivery will not even come either today or tomorrow. The Best Buy representative then said if we want the product, we have to drive an hour to another store that has 17 in stock. The next morning on the 18th, we drove to the other location and they said they did not have any in stock, and we would need to go to the warehouse. We then had to drive to the warehouse and pick it up. These two days of going to the Best Buy store required us to have to take time off of work, pay for gas, and waste my time. Plus it delayed the kitchen renovation and required us to have to pay more to the workers for them to come the following days once we had our Range. We prefer to buy at Best Buy and have bought a lot of products in the past from here, but this experience was very unprofessional. No one had a direct answer and additionally everyone had different answers to when our product would be delivered. Communication was so bad and unprofessional. We did not receive any proper communication of the delay in delivery and even when asking, wrong information was given. Not at all pleased with this experience with Best Buy!

It's okay. The cord/plug doesn't have a concave space to sit in the back so the oven has a big gap between it and the wall. It takes longer than usual to warm up to temperature. Also I am constantly bumping the touch buttons on the front when using the back burners or turning the overhead light on. I wish I would have picked an oven with the controls on top of the unit. Don't get this is you have young children.
