I wound up returning this oven. The vent for the oven made a constant sound, whuch was quite annoying. Also, since the back of the unit was flush with wall, the cord abstructed a good fit and unit did not fit flush to wall. Unit should have space for cord to tuck into and thus unit does not have that.

A great experience from beginning to end. Mercedes ( saleswoman ) was very helpful and answered all my questions. Installation of range was great too.

The new stove doesn't have a sliding track on one side i think they should send me a new one install never call me to tell me about this issue not happy.

Terrible Stove

Truly an awful stove. The top heats way too fast and cooks extremely unevenly. Even when you are tending a half-full pot, it will inevitably boil over and cause a huge mess. Because the entire flat top gets hot when only one burner is on, the mess will spread and bake itself all over the stovetop. It is impossible to ever get it completely clean, even with professional-grade products. I've had the stove two months and while the oven works fine, if noisily, the stove top is dysfunctional, I would never recommend this to anyone and I will be exploring ways to get this faulty product returned.
