Unfortunately I had to settle for the gas range version in a different color due to not having the power conversion needed for the electrical. The gas range looks and works great though.

Within 3 months of purchase, the bake element, while set at 275 F, began sparking; then caught on fire. Fortunately, my wife was in the kitchen and immediately shut the oven off. Since it was under the manufacturers warranty, we were able to get a Frigidaire repair tech out yesterday, 11/5/19. He was a very nice gentleman but he only replaced the aforesaid bake element. He installed it and monitored it for 15 minutes on 450 F. Even though it appeared to be resolved, I expressed my concerns to him that the problem may be originating elsewhere. I explained that I have never experienced a brand new range element catching on fire. He graciously indicated that the part was simply faulty from the factory. Later on that night, it proved to be more than just the element. My wife was baking with the oven set at 400 F. After 35 minutes, the infamous "F 10" error code displayed, indicating runaway temperature. This is apparently caused by a temperature sensor or control panel problem. Since the oven was hot, I shut the power off at the breaker box for 15 minutes; then turned it back on. Once again the F 10 code appeared. We called Frigidaire customer service this morning. The company will be sending another tech out to fully assess the appliance on 11/15/19. Clearly, this should have been completed before anything else. I am greatly concerned with this troublesome oven causing a fire in our home. Accordingly, I am kindly requesting that the good people at Frigidaire replace this range with another.

This stove/range has been perfect for me. I wanted a stainless steel one for a while but just couldn’t justify it until the old ones burner stopped working. It must have been my day because this stove/range was waiting for me. I measured and told the staff it would fit in my jeep, they loaded it and off I went. I installed it and it’s worked fine from day one! Thank you Best Buy!!

I love the multiple size burner options and the extra “keep warm” burner on the cooktop. The oven cleans nicely and the surfaces are sleek and easy to clean. Would definitely recommend!

We have been converting our kitchen appliances over to black stainless steel one at a time. After a lot of research, Frigidaire seemed like a good choice based on reviews. It has a very nice and sleek finish and the price was right. After using it regularly for 3 weeks, I am really liking this new appliance. Everything works perfectly, and it is a huge improvement over our old oven. If you are looking for something simple, nice looking, and middle of the road on price/brand, I would highly recommend.

This stove is just wonderful, it meets any and all of my needs. I like that there’s 5 burners. The guide that came with it is very detailed and helpful! It includes FAQ and tips on temperatures/times depending on what you’re baking or cooking. I had no problem figuring out how to use it. This stove was also very affordable.

Heats up quick. It is easy to keep clean. Do not use it as a counter top unless you put something on it to set stuff on. We use a large wooden chopping pad.

Sleek, AMPLE space for ALL pots on EACH burner plus the lower drawer is a good size too for storage. Easy and quick install. IF in St Pete, FL area, ask for installers Pedro, Angel & Jeffrey. They made the install a SMOOTH and EASY process WITHOUT feeling stressed or pushed for sales. Plus, the quality of the product is also great! The notification services via emails and texts were also a BONUS! It kept my household reminded and prepared. The section that gives information on what to do BEFORE the installers was an extra special touch too and VERY helpful!

This cooktop range was a great deal. It was an open box item that had a few nicks and scratches. This in no way affected performance and I am very satisfied with my purchase

Can not recommend this stove/ oven enough. Cooks effectively & efficiently... using very liytle energy. Highly versatile stove top. Roomy oven. Ease of use is so great that even my 72 year old mom can use it! Great stove / oven!

Had to put up with two damaged stoves, the first picked up from the store, the second was delivered, but the third one (also delivered) works like a charm. Only one problem... there are razor sharp edges on the upper two corners of the oven door and on the upper corners of the drawer. After filing them to a dull edge, the problem was eliminated. The range top and oven work wonderfully. Very happy with my purchase and with Best Buy's service in making sure I got an undamaged item delivered.

I really like my Frigidaire oven. It has a rapid boil element, it has a warming element! Self cleaning and a fast oven baking cycle. It does not have a bunch of bells & whistles; which is exactly what I wanted! Less things to go wrong!

The electric oven was the only one available to get. Within the first week the glass top was scratched. my daughter is very careful using this appliance. Obviously there’s a flaw in the manufacturing of this product with the glass top. Other than the top scratching, everything else works great, cooks evenly and is nice to look at.
