Easy to use. Works well, and is quiet. The exhaust hose is a bit awkward, but still works well.

Needed a portable a/c unit for my apartment. It works amazingly for a 1000 sq. ft. The quietest unit I've ever owned and it looks great.

So I bought this air conditioner for our bedroom. I really liked the way it looked and the Wi-Fi options it had available to it. The only problem with this air conditioner is that it wasn’t strong enough to cool our bedroom. Our bedroom is a decent size but it should’ve been enough for this air conditioner to cool it. If they made a bigger BTU version in this air conditioner I would definitely get that.

The unit is a bit heavy, and larger than expected. But thats ok. It does a decent job cooling the room. My only grip it the window kit is too short for a later window. I contacted the manufacture, and they don't sell the extender piece separate. So to get what I need, and technically what they should be providing. It will cost almost $200 more to get a piece of plastic that I need. So for now, I just use a couple iPhone boxes and call it the day. It's pretty sad they don't give enough length and want to charge you almost half the unit for a plastic extender.

If the temperature is 80-90 it doesn’t cool as much because of the heat. And it will only cool the little area it’s standing on. It will not cool down an entire room. It cools really good in the morning when it’s 70 degrees outside.

The unit is very heavy so plan accordingly, I have it set up in my living room which has a big window facing west, the unit will keep the living room at an acceptable temperature but nothing mind blowing. If you can, get a window AC.

Fantastic piece of equipment especially when you main AC goes out on a weekend and the part to fix the house AC cannot be purchased until Monday. I use it in my home office and let the rest of the house go to 80. It does the job and I love it being remote controlled from my cell.

Keeps the area cold, Easy to clean and maintain....

I had to go through 3 of these air conditioners, and all of them had issues. All 3 had issues that sounded like a hissing leak on the air conditioner to varying degrees. The 3rd one, I thought, would be fine, as there was no apparent sound right away. A couple months later, it started making the same sound as the others. This sound is not a natural sound that air conditioners make, as I've had dozens of air conditioners in the past. Ultimately, I kept the air conditioner until the heat wave was over.

Hated it. First, it was extremely loud. It was much heavier than advertised—ad said something like 35 pounds but it was closer to 70–not liftable by one person. And end of the day, it was not effective—did not cool even one bedroom, let alone 550 feet. I had to return it. Nowhere near as effective as a window air conditioner at a third the cost. I couldn’t use a window AC, which is why I bought this. But it really is not worth it.

I have had many ac units over the years. But there is no comparison to the disgust I have for this unit. I purchased it due to the windows in my second floor being terribly shaped and not fitting a window unit and my regrets are intense. The sound of the unit is a bit loud but that's nothing compared to the sludge that builds in the bottom pan of this unit. On a humid day within 4 hours this unit will gift you with a P1 error meaning the bottom section is full. Much to my dismay this also means it might be full of algae. I am talking a good gallon of disgusting clear mess poured from this followed by me near vomiting. I then researched what at the time was an alien escaping the unit. I learned about using vinegar to clean the unit but there is no easy entry point. I now have no choice but to about every day heft the 80lb ac unit into the bathroom to give it what I can only call a vinegar enema and it only works to make the once clear alien now a beautiful brown hue. So instead of clear jelly it's now pooping brown every two days. This has gone on for weeks with no end near. And there is no way to easily access the bottom pan to clean it. 100% regret the purchase.

Great with any room. Lots of modes to choose from. The scheduler is great to use and the app is good to use. One draw back I have is can only use one user. hopefully there is a update to have multiple user.

This unit provides excellent cooling for my living room compared to other "14,000 btu" portable air conditioners I've owned, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a powerful portable air conditioner that's also quiet.

For my bedroom this was awesome! Our central air unit broke down for the summer and this portable a/c unit worked wonders. The Fridgidaire app was great! I could check the temperature of the room from anywhere and control it!

This thing is a beast but it cools a large living room and Kitchen quickly. The swirl function on the outlet really distributes cool air evenly.
