First off anyone that says it’s too loud must not have installed it correctly. It does stick in from the window an extra in or too. I plugged it in and it dropped the house 6 degrees in 30 minutes. Very sharp and clean design. It’s way quieter the old ac units. You can definitely hear it running but it’s not too loud. Install it per the directions and use the materials provided and you will be fine. As for the comment on packaging, mine came very well packed and crated. I just put it in today but I’m very impressed.

Great ac for living room, super white color accents any room, all the other ac i looked at was an ugly beige, This one has digital buttons and controls no ugly knobs!.the digitsl display goes away after you adjust settings so its great for night time Wifi so you can control from phone from anywhere A reslly nice ac , i recommend to get the biggest size you can, 12000 for liv room and 10000 for bedroom, better to have more than not enough I own 2 of these and can say its the best snd backed by a good brand!

So far so good. Installed this into a window in my loft office after my stand alone unit failed. Its cooling a upatirs lost thy is 18x36 way better then the other ever did...and it was supposedly higher BTU. Mobile app works decently. I do thing the temp readings are a few degreeds off (2-3). Other then that i like it and it hasn't giveb me any issues.

Got this ac unit as a open box that was suppose to be unused and in unused condition. Several dents. Suppose to have mounting kit. I expected a bracket to support it. Not. Quite heavy to be supported by just the window (75 lbs).Also pretty noisy fan, even on low. My husband said he did not sleep well. It works well for cooling off the area.

Great unit, does my entire apartment right. Wifi based app was a little tricky to get connected but once it synced up it’s a life saver. Easy scheduling and remote control through phone based app which, as a bonus, does not use much space on my phone. Efficient and impressive!

Sleek looking air conditioner that cools the room down quickly. WiFi enabled which is great and one of the few that have his feature. Only issue is that it is fairly loud when on high. Louder than my 20 year old unit.

I've upgraded to this model from the lower BTU version. Although it comes with a remote, I've never actually used it since I have the app on my phone and it's also connected to Google Assistant. This is definitely one of the best looking ACs out there. Guests consistently comment at how "pretty it is". The I've design is pretty great. The airflow vents allow you to have the cool air flow straight up and/or out on an angle into the room so that it's not just blowing on anyone that's sitting next to it. The cool air output has been great. Highly recomme this. It's less noisy than most other AC units.

The brand says it all, it is an excellent quality product, it cools super fast, it works with wi fi, it is programmed weekly as I need it, the only bad thing is that it is quite noisy

This AC unit not only cool well and efficiently but it can be controlled at or away from home or from the comfort of your couch using the Frigidaire app. It’s quiet for its size, especially compared to my precious 10-year old model (not a Frigidaire). The only downside is how heavy it is! We love it for cooling down the entire first floor of our home.

No one wants a bulky window unit, but I had no choice since my new home has a boiler system. That's where this baby saved the day. Gorgeous design and loaded with smart features to compliment all the other smart tech in my home; I could not be happier with this unit. Oh yeah, of course the cooling works great. Two 12,000 btu units, one on each floor kept the house comfortable even on the hottest days.

This unit has enough efficiency to cool my main living area of my apartment. The best feature that sets this unit above all is WiFi. I can turn it on using the phone app on my way home. When I get home my apartment is cool. Almost as good as having central air.

I went back on forth whether to get this unit or one of the less expensive Frigidaire units and ultimately liked the look of this unit. It works fine, but I would have liked a dehumidifier setting for this price point and the noise blower is pretty loud even at the lowest fan speed. Compressor noise is quiet, so it isn't an annoying noise, but if you have a room with a TV and you put it on econ mode, you are going to have to change the volume every time that fan kicks on and off. Tried to set up the iPhone app to control it, and it wouldn't install the first time. Didn't bother trying again, because frankly I don't need those settings.

This unit cools very quickly and efficiently my dining room and living room. Remote control on my phone is also great, because I can turn it on 30 minutes before I come home, and the place is already cool when I come home!

This air conditioner does a fantastic job of cooling off my large living room in a short amount of time BUT the wifi option isn't working. I found this out AFTER I installed the unit in my window. It is too heavy and annoying to re-box (which I'd have no idea how to do) and exchange it at the store. I attempted to call Frigidaire air conditioner customer service and NO ONE EVERY PICKS UP. So as far as the actual air conditioning - AWESOME. The "smart" option is useless. I've read online several folks are having the same issues.

This is a very good air conditioner for a small room. It is not good for a larger room. The remote control helps. Also you can download the app and put it on before you get home

I've been very happy with this air conditioner so far. It's a very nice looking unit, which is one of the reasons I bought it. Most other window air conditioners look pretty old-fashioned. I don't find it particularly loud... it certainly doesn't vibrate or buzz like some other units I've had in the past. Good purchase and I'd recommend it.

I have enjoyed this ac so far. It cools off my entire apartment and the smart app feature is a definite plus. I appreciate the fact that I can turn the air on from my phone right before I get in the house. My only complaint would be that on the high air setting it is a bit loud. Other than that I recommend this air conditioner.

I work varying hours and when we looked to upgrade form our 8000 BTU unit that was struggling I found this gem. I can be home at 2 one day and 6 the next, so setting a schedule doesn't really work for us. With this we can turn on the unit a half hour before we come home and the apartment is nice and cool. Only been running it for a month, but good so far.

I bought this because of the air blows up to the top, sleek and is quiet. The other features are plus bonus. It cools fast too and it controls the temperature as it is set. Would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing, amazing and amazing. I can cool my room from outside. No more waiting for the room to cool down. Great idea from frigidaire. Kudos to the team.
