I bought this as an open-box item at a pretty generous discount. The guys who delivered were very nice. I only wish I had them install it. Stove works great. I am very happy with my purchase. I will be going back again to see if I can find a fridge at a good price.

Disappointed!!

Now my stove top range looks like it 5 years old instead of only 2 months!! Best Buy should inform the workers so they can inform the customers that before using it read the manual. I was so excited that I just started to cook on it right away :( BIG MISTAKE!!

Posted .Hey Denise, thank you for sharing your concerns with us. I would simply apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning crème directly to the soiled area. Rub the soiled area using a 3M Scotch-Brite Blue Multi-Purpose No Scratch Scrub Sponge, applying pressure as needed. If the soil remains, carefully scrape soil with a metal razor blade scraper, holding scraper at a 30 degree angle to the surface. Remove the loosened soils with cooktop cleaning cream and buff surface clean. Hope this helps! -Jennifer
