I have only had my oven for a couple months but so far I really love it. It cooks evenly and I like the different timer options and the warming feature- worked great for Thanksgiving meal.

Well, gee, I would love to give you a review of the performance of this appliance, but there is one small problem: The company that Best Buy uses for its appliance installations -Washburn Contracting, LLC - did not actually install the oven on the date -August 30 - that they were supposed to. They simply delivered it and sat it in my garage where it has been sitting ever since. They cited "being short-handed" that day as their reason. Since they seem to only work about three days in any given week, the earliest date that I could get for a re-scheduling of the installation was September 26. So, as I say, when the oven is finally installed (assuming that they are not "short-handed" that day as well) and I get a chance to use it, I will then let you know how things go.

I didn’t get to use the product bc no one ever came to install it in over a month and a half. They need to get involved with a different company to get their products installed. The guys a super nice that finally delivered it but that’s the only thing I ended up paying for, for no reason bc I returned the oven so now I’m paying 200 for something I don’t have it’s crazy to me so just be careful and honestly if you can set it up yourself buying it from Best Buy is great just don’t go with their delivery plan trust me smh!!!

We love the clean look of our new frigidaire wall oven! A modern digital look, with plenty of cooking and baking options! Like the fact that it will turn off automatically when finished! Easy enough for a novice to cook a frozen pizza too!

I’m only giving this rating because we have not received the appliance yet. We ordered in store and were given an install/delivery date of May 17th. That date has now changed several times with the latest update being June 17th. Hope to get it soon to update our kitchen.

My oven was delivered on 11/9/24 with a defective door. That day, I was promised a replacement door on 11/12/24. On that date, I only got another visit to confirm that the door was defective. The door was scheduled to be installed today, 11/26/24, but my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for 12/5/24. They keep offering me a discount to keep the defective door. Buyer beware.

So far so good , I haven’t cooked anything in it yet. There was some thing missing in the box but the oven itself is beautiful. I’m just trying to figure out what was missing ?

after waiting several weeks for this oct. 2023 purchase to become available for delivery (nov. 20230, i discovered that the "alert" system (the beep when your timer is done, or oven has reached selected preheat temp), did not work. i was given multiple dates that the parts were supposed to be delivered but after 3 more months, they are still not available. finally BB said they would replace the oven and gave me a delivery date of feb. 28, 2024, but added that the oven might not be available until march or april (six months after my original order)!!!
to top it off, once they agreed to replace the oven, they killed my warranty on the first oven -- despite the fact that i will be using for at least another month until the new one comes in.
worst of all, their customer service is spotty, inconsistent and frequently non-responsive. very disappointing experience, especially when you are paying a premium for the product coverage. not blaming anyone in particular, but strongly advise you shop elsewhere for any appliance of consequence. i have no issues with faulty products as long as the store where i bought them stands behind them and makes things right. this DOES NOT happen at best buy.

You guys suck. I ordered the item and I use propane. The orfices where not on the package. You have Terrible service. I will never buy from best buy ever again.

I wish I could review the functionality of the oven but alas, the oven was delivered so damaged that your install team refused to install and it had to be returned.
