    One of the gift cards purchased did not work. Contacted Best Buy multiple times to get addressed and they refused to correct the issue.

    It was supposed to come immediately to email.. atleast within 1 hr. I waited and ultimately paid without the gift card. The digital gift card came after 3 hrs when i reached home..
