This microwave is wonderful. I love all the options for cooking that are available. It is very quiet compared to my old Samsung one and a perfect fit. I definitely recommend this microwave oven to all.

I replaced a Samsung microwave that wasn't working because something was wrong with the electrical panel. I first bought a Whirlpool microwave to replace it, but returned it when I went home and realized it would stick out a lot from the cabinets. This GE microwave fit perfectly without sticking out much. It's very quiet and does a nice job of heating foods.

Exactly what I was looking for. This white GE microwave over the range oven was replacing my 19 year old similar GE microwave oven. It fit my existing bracket so I didn't have to drill any holes. Easy installation and great value! Delivery was as promised.

This series of GE microwaves is known to have issues with the display. Mine was good for the first 6 months then occasionally flashed on the 2nd digit. I didn't think anything of it. Just after the year warranty expired the 2nd digit went completely crazy to where it is now often unreadable with the various segments of the number either not showing or randomly flashing like a strobe light. I am now buying a replacement control board to fix this (part WB27X29801) for about $100. Shame on GE for not having better quality control on these. Also, the glass rotating plate inside is fairly delicate. A coffee mug hit the plate when being placed inside and a chunk of the lip cracked off leaving a jagged edge (another $100 replacement for the official GE plate). On top of this, Best Buy uses a terrible outside company for installations called Premier Logistics. I have never seen bigger idiots. It’s like the Three Stooges were sent to install this. They were shocked it wouldn’t fit on the existing bracket and were very hesitant to install a new one (like they weren’t totally sure how). When they finally did start installing it 2 guys did most of the work while the 3rd stood around supervising. The supervisor then decided to randomly touch the microwave which he then immediately sliced his hand on and proceeded to bleed all over my kitchen floor while trying to nonchalantly hide his hand from me. I had another terrible experience with Premier Logistics about a year later when a different team came to deliver and install a dishwasher at which point they flooded the kitchen and tried to scam my elderly parents out of $200. Before you buy anything from Best Buy, check to see if Premier Logistics will be involved in any way (delivery, installation, etc.) and if so look somewhere else. I would not buy this microwave again and I’m very hesitant to buy any appliance from Best Buy because of the aforementioned issues with the install team.

Excellent price, it mounted perfectly where the old one was. It doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles that most modern microwaves suffer from.

I bought this to replace the microwave. That was originally over my stove. It was listed at a great price, and installation was easy with 2 people.

Works great most of the time but once in a while it will freeze up and I will have to unplug it and plug it back in.

Way better than the 25 year old one it replaced that had its keypad string to not register anymore. Same height/depth/width but now has a turntable and much taller opening. Took about 3 hours to install mostly due to complete custom cabinetry instead of standard, plus alignment to roof mounted ducting. Unlike older units from 10+ years ago it doesn't have a solid back plate to mount to. It only is a thin strip to hold the very bottom in place. The additional support must come through the cabinets above it. It was configured for vertical external venting by default, so others wanting to vent inside would have to turn the motor/install the included vent deflection plate. Bright white but not overly large display is more visible than a green or blue monochrome LED like many have.

Bought this to replace an older GE unit. The older unit was in black in there’s new unit is in stainless steel to match our other appliances. It also has a few new features such as being able to turn down the power setting as well as freeze the turntable inside the microwave. This unit looks really nice after install which was very professionally done. Nice unit at a nice price.

Great product so far! I’ve only had this for a month but it fit perfectly where the previous one went before. Heats the food great and has a good amount of internal space. Lots of curation settings. The price is also great compared to a lot of others.

So we’ve had this micro wave just about two years and sadly, it’s kind of a disappointment. It wasn’t the cheapest option but maybe a year into owning it we noticed the sounds turn on and off randomly-not good if you’re using the timer and it’s silent. And it also doesn’t always warm up food for awhile. Again, it’s just here and there and we never know when but we tried to spend some money so we would have something decent for a long time and eliminate excess trash in the world but it really isn’t great.

Very simple basic model purchased to replace an Advantium during renovation prior to selling house. Easy to install and use. Only thing we don’t like about it is how hard you need to press control pads to operate it.

The microwave works great. I was thinking I needed something smaller but this one fits great. I love the brand.
