    We purchased the same model as the one we needed to replace, but the installation holes were in a different configuration. We had to bring in a carpenter to modify our cabinets. Your people just said they couldn’t do anything about it therefore we had another person do the installation. Poor information from your people just caused us additional cost. Really a sad predicament.

    It is stainless steel and I purchased for $224! It seems solid and so far so good. I wish it had three speeds on vent fan and LED range top lights. Other than that, I just hope it works reliably for a long time.

    I bought the stainless steel to replace an old but same microwave because of broken handle made of plastic, believe or not, the handle bar and other small parts cost over $120 for some strange reason, so I just bought a new stainless steel to replace it. Don't buy the plastic version, too expensive for the parts.

    This microwave does everything expected. It has a large turntable that you can switch off for large casseroles. My biggest complaint is that it's nearly impossible to see inside. All other microwaves I've owned are very easy to see inside, for example, to check if water is boiling. I would recommend this microwave with that in mind.

    So far I am very satisfied with my new GE microwave which replaced my previous 16 year old GE microwave. I really like that the timer bell is much louder and can be heard all over the house, it has a light with 2 levels and it has a pause function for checking foods.
