We had to bring in a carpenter to modify our cabinets. Your people just said they couldn’t do anything about it therefore we had another person do the installation. Poor information from your people just caused us additional cost. Really a sad predicament.

The reset function is accurate and versatile, and though it’s the same wattage as my previous unit, it seems to cook faster. I can’t vouch for its longevity, as I’ve had it only a few weeks, but so far it s working great, and fits my decor very nicely.
