It fulfills its purpose, but cleaning and preventing smudges and fingerprints can be frustrating. Smudges, in particular, are challenging to remove and tend to spread instead.

It is a bit noisy (vent fan constantly runs while operating) compared to other models. The most disturbing fact was that the outer glass on the door shattered during use cascading small chips of glass all over the food being prepared on the stove below the microwave.

Unit works good but some controls are a little different position. Led display is too bright.

Came with vent filter. Cons:doors don’t align with body. Lights very dim. Installllers gave up.Paiissomeone else to install.

I read a lot of reviews for this microwave so I was reasonably sure that I was making a good purchase. It heats the food so much faster my old one. I'm very happy so far and would definitely recommend this
