So far so good. Hope this one lasts longer than my old GE MWO. Also installation was punctual and efficient install.

Our first one kept tripping the breaker when we closed the door. Apparently, this is a common problem with this model. The GE repairman said it would cost $500(!) to fix. The obvious solution was to buy a new one, but sometime between 2018 (the manufacture year of our original one) and now, they've inexplicably decided to move the top bolts a half an inch, making for a headache when trying to swap it out (It was less than 10" from the back of the microwave on our first one, now it's greater than 10" on the 2022 manufactured one. Verified same model and double-checked by the BB sales associate.) If you're looking at this for a fresh install, look elsewhere. Who knows what they'll change between now and when you inevitably have to replace it in a few years? If you're buying this as a replacement, be aware your install may require drilling new holes in your cabinet.

Great microwave so far. My brothers installed it for me. My old microwave was 20 years old. This one heats up super fast. No complaints.

Very satisfied with my new microwave. It looks great and works fine. My only critcism is the so called Users Manual which isn't worth much. I've requested the full manual.

We have had this microwave installed for 4 months and it no longer works. It was purchased at Christmas time, but not installed until Mid-March. My 14 year old son was closing the door and a hook hit with his wrist and it snapped off. Now the microwave says door open and will not work. In the pic I’m pointing at the hook that broke off.

All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. However, it would be nice to note that the hanging screws are located in a different position when compared to other brands...

The metal frame of the microwave started to warp significantly about a year after we bought it (bought in late July 2023, and the picture attached it was it looked like as of 1 March 2025). Naturally, it's past the limited manufacturer's warranty and doesn't seem to be something the store will fix either. I liked it up until this point and am not sure if this was a flaw in the design or in the construction, since you can see a hole where maybe there is a missing screw, but no corresponding hole on the outer frame. Pretty disappointed for the price point.

The wattage is much better than our older model. The ventilation is great.
