If so, you can also try unplugging it for 5 minutes and plugging it back in. Please reach out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393 between 8:00-8:00 EST. If you still decide to remove your microwave, please review our GE Appliances site to see a video on installing an over the range microwave and you can do the steps in reverse. Joyce@GEAppliances

Due to the fact that I don’t live in Omaha and rarely go to Omaha we installed the microwave despite the damage. It works but still looks shabby.

I got it on sale for a good price, it was a win win situation. I would recommend this Micro to anyone.
