It heats food evenly and way faster than my old one. The presets work really well and make it easy to warm up leftovers, defrost meat, or cook simple meals. It’s quiet, the inside is spacious, and the controls are simple to use. Installation was straightforward and it looks clean and modern in my kitchen. For the price, the quality is excellent and I’m really happy with how well it performs. Definitely recommend it.

Was replacing another brand of microwave and wanted a GE stainless steel microwave to go with my other GE appliances and had certain dimensions to fill the opening of my old microwave and this microwave filled the spot perfectly. Works great and love the clean look of the stainless steel outside.

We needed a 36” but no one makes those anymore so this was the next best size. . Easy to install. Fan motor was already in the correct position. Works great and matches my other GE stainless appliances.

However, the touch screen requires an unusually firm press, sometimes needing to be repeated, & causing me to wonder if this won't limit the longevity, as well as the door handle requiring a strong pull to open as opposed to a release button under the handle as I am accustomed to.

The speed settings are bit unusual, but nice, they start at 1 minute and go up to 9 minutes. To use other time frames you need to press the cook time button before pressing the time you wish to use. It would be nice to have the one minute feature and just be able to press it as along as you wish to cook.
