Our old GE microwave broke, so i scanned the QR code in the old one and this one is the newest version. We're very happy with it. So nice to use it after using a small old counter top one for over a year.

Finally got it installed on 13 July 2020. It is easy to install but 2 people are needed to do the uninstall of the old one & the install of the new one. This one replaces the older model (same Manufacturer). The design of the door on this one is slightly different so it touches the cabinet door about 1/64 on an inch. Needed to install the hanging bracket and drill new holes through the cabinet above the microwave It took just under 1 hour from unpacking & complete install. It operates much like the older model, but keypad buttons are in different locations. When doing Express Cook, Keys 1 through 6, there is a slight delay when pressing the start button. I operates exactly like its' predecessor model. And for the cost of the unit I am very happy with it.

I was in need of a replacement microwave for over my stove because my other one had stopped heating. After searching Best Buy website I came across this one it was a perfect fit and a great price. I made the purchase and chose to pick it up in store the next day. After getting it home I began to install it and had minor issues with the template as I needed to re drill new holes. Took a little time to get it in place but once everything was drilled it was pretty quick. This microwave has plenty of room and is very quiet when operating. Cant beat it for the price. Well worth it.

Excellent microwave. I love all the features. Especially the lights and the fan. It looks great in my kitchen too.

Replaced a LG that had a broken door. Was only $50 to replace the entire oven so here we are. This one used all the same mounting points so it was a drop in replacement. Even the fan was installed from the factory for recirculating mode. The old one was out and this one was in <30 minutes. As far as operation goes, all good. I like that many of the numbers are quick start buttons as my family often just throws something in and hit 1 or 2 to warm stuff up. Overall a good buy and recommended.

Have had this Microwave just a few months and so far we are pleased. Easy Install, Great Cooking, and Good Venting. The door is a little clunky with plastic catches so be careful and the Control panel needs to be back lighted. All and All....Have to give it an Excellent rating.

The microwave was easy to install, and it works well. We are very happy with the looks as well and it matches our other appliances well.

Aftyer about 20 years my son's GE Microwave finally gave up. With other priority items they put off replacing the microwave till after Christmas. That gave me the idea to replace their microwave with a new one in time for the Holiday Season. We live over 900 miles apart so after consulting with my son he said he would install it himself if he could use the same predrilled holes as the old one. Over the internet we discovered the Best Buy had the GE model that fit that requirement. It was then easy for me to buy it in Fargo and have him pick it up in Norman, OK. The installation and use have been completed and the whole family is very happy with the new microwave.

GE Over the range Microwave performs well, looks good and is relatively easy to operate. The standard heat setting seems a little hotter than past microwaves I have had. Easy to clean and use.

Performs as expected. Looks great. Fits properly in designated space. Great sale price.

I replaced my old microwave with this GE microwave because of the additional features, easy to use, white color to match my existing kitchen appliances and easy to install - fit right into the existing built-in cabinet space.

Love appearance and performance of microwave. HOWEVER, the control panel has no backlighting therefore you cannot read the words or numbers. I have to keep a flashlight on the counter in order to use the microwave. This is definitely a flaw. Had I found these kinds of comments in the review I would not have ordered. It is extremely inconvenient to use but performance is exceptional; way better than our old one which was 17 years old but still working. It was a GE also.
