    Love the microwave, don't love the installation template. Very difficult to install, even with 2 able bodied people. Professional installation should be recommended or a "difficult installation" disclaimer should be placed on all above the range microwaves!

    I am really happy with this new microwave! I wasnt sure if i would like the large size if it as my previous one was smaller, but it took me about a minute once installed to love it! Works great and is basic which is what i wanted. Very happy!

    So far, so good. I had an earlier model, which this purchased replaced, and the newer version has several nice, new features. Quiet; perfect fit; not fancy but has everything I could want. Purchasing the item on-line was straightforward, and I appreciated that Best Buy had already lowered the price based on BB's price-matching policy.

    We needed to quickly replace a comparable basic unit that had failed, found this in stock in the correct color with promo pricing at Best Buy. Julio was very friendly and helpful in making the transaction and getting us loaded speedily; in and out probably 15 to 20 minutes. Installation was straightforward. It looks good and works as anticipated.

    My 20 year old GE microwave kicked the bucket. Luckily found this model and it was almost an exact replica. I love the express buttons, can't live without them. The door feels a bit stiff so I worry about damaging it if it's pulled too hard. You really have to "slam" or push the door shut otherwise it pops back out toward you. Overall very happy with the microwave and the options/ features.

    So far so good. Installation had some complications as the blueprint sent with for the holes to drill into upper cabinet were a smidge off. Otherwise install was easy and it’s been working great.
