My GE 1.8 cu. ft. microwave quit working after exceeding its life expectancy by about double. So I did some research and was happy to see that GE still maintains a high rating for quality and reliability and I purchased a 2.0 cu. ft. microwave because it was the closest option to what I had. It works better in all respects. One feature it doesn't have is inverter technology to avoid spikes in electrical power. This microwave heats faster at the same power levels.

This microwave is big and easy-to-use. This is the third one I have had of this exact same model - just a different color. I will continue to buy this exact same model because of its large size and ease of use.

Got this microwave from a recommendation of a customer service rep. It replaces a less than one year old microwave that did not work properly. So far, this one works great.

I really love the large size of this microwave. It also defrost really good. This microwave heats up your food really fast. My favorite microwave by far.

works great, the sensor cooking features are nice. one button start is nice. the stainless steel goes nice with the other appliances we have and we are happy with the performance so far. It is a bit more powerful than our previous microwave so that's nice also.

I purchased this microwave oven for my parents to replace a failing oven they had. This model is very easy to use and also cooks very evenly. The oven size is large enough to hold large dishes. The preprogramed heating buttons coupled with the inverter technology has work well. My parents have been happy with this oven to date.

The reviews I read for this machine were generally very good, the only negatives seemed to be related to longevity. I purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty for that purpose in case of failures "down the road." In our case, out of the box, the microwave was extremely noisy... hum and vibration far louder than any machine we previously owned. We gave it a day or two to see if it just needed "breaking in" but it continued to make noise. It heated well and evenly, and operationally seemed to be fine, but the magnetron noise was too much. Since there were problems right out of the box, not "down the road," we returned it. Best Buy handled the return expeditiously and efficiently.

This microwave is just the right size to fit under a kitchen counter. We are delighted with the size and the multiple features. Fortunately, the manual is easy for the two of us to understand. We are not tech-savvy. My husband uses this much more than I do to heat up leftovers, vegetables, coffee, popcorn, soup, cereals, etc. He is very satisfied with it. Thank you GE

Large size but worth it. Love the options of the buttons on the front. Definitely worth the price.

The oven is what I expected, but the door isn't solid at all. Very disappointing. Makes me wonder if it's missing insulation. Not a 'quiet' door when closing, like my previous GE microwave oven was. The only reason I purchased a new microwave was the carousel inside the oven stopped rotating.

This is a great microwave. Works well and looks nice. Was easy to install.

We wanted a relatively big microwave and thought to settle on the 2.0 Cu ft space (we realize later it was too big for us but still). We end up buying this product and it was a good one. It had few issues in the start but after sorting those out overall the product works okay and I am happy with its performance.

Our microwave of 8 years stopped working but we wanted to replace it with the same thing since it’s built in the wall with a trim kit. Of course the same model is no longer made but it turns out the model we bought is the exact same size. So it fits & we didn’t have to buy a new trim kit.

I was unsure of the size to purchase since it had to fit on a small kitchen counter with a low upper cabinet. This microwave is the perfect size for the counter and the inside is large enough to accommodate cassarole dishes. It is also very easy to program for us non-techies. Definitely worth the $$

If I was rating this for how it suits my specific needs, it would be 4 stars due to how it fits in the cut out. But as a microwave, it does a great job! I don’t love the stainless steel button to open the door, constantly has fingerprints. But... I know if it looks clean, it is.

It was time to get a new microwave oven. After doing some research we, THE WIFE, made the decision to purchase this GE model. The wife likes the look, and how it fits in with our other appliances. The keypad is almost identical to our old microwave and everyone in the house got use to operating the new microwave quickly. It works really well and so far, no issues. Most items that we use the oven for are cooked at the same time length, so that is a positive. Here is to hoping it will last a long time.
