Overall really great, cleans dishes, pretty quiet, etc. The problem is the lower rack wheels. They constantly fall off and then melt. The replacements are pretty expensive as well. This should not happen on such an expensive unit.

The finish is truly fingerprint resistant, and the dishes and silverware sparkle. It is very roomy too. I have never had a dishwasher where you could anchor bottles. While not a necessary feature, it is convenient as that is something I do on a regular basis.

However my dishes have never looked cleaner. Prewash stubborn stuff like caked and dried cake batter. But otherwise I think it’s a good machine.

It holds a little less than my old Whirlpool, but the dishes come out sparkling clean. There are also no water streaks and spots on the outside of the dishwasher, which was a real issue. I am extremely satisfied with the dishwasher and the service from Best Buy!

One star off because the operation is not as smooth as I'd like. The pressure point buttons don't always seem to respond to my pressing and the settings are not simple or intuitive. Gonna have to read the manual and see if I can follow how to operate it.
