Posted .Hello jgnd - thank you for providing a review of your range. We're sorry to hear you are not happy with the broiler drawer. All of our appliances meet UL specifications. We're sorry to hear that the painted surfaces of your range are not cleaning well. We recommend to clean same with mild soap and water or a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Then rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. When cleaning surfaces, we recommend to do so when the surface is at room temperature and not in direct sunlight. Marinades, fruit juices, tomato sauces and basting liquids containing acids may cause discoloration and should be wiped up as soon as hot surfaces cool. Then clean and rinse. We hope this helps!
