Keeps the the whole 2 bed room apt cool in a matter of 15 minutes and that’s 4000 sq ft

Totally cools my house!! I bought two and I use these instead of the central air because it's more cost efficient!

Got this one to replace a bigger one in a different brand was kind of skeptic at first but it really works good as the big one maybe even a little better and I like all the functions it has it's easy to use so far it's been very reliable I am very well pleased with this product.

This thing blows ice cold air. It cools off my entire 2nd floor. It was easy to install and not very heavy at all. The delivery was a huge hassle. I had to pick it up at the store. B it I still love it. Not too loud either. For my bedroom window perfectly

It is a quick setup, follow the steps on the app. It cools my living (15x20) room quickly which has TWO open entries. The app always worked I used it on my android and my roommate use it on iphone. Only con is it does have a mild low rattling noise coming from it, but seem like I am the only one who hears it.

I absolutely love this AC. It cools down my apartment in minutes. I have an apartment with a huge living room that has a tall ceiling and this unit cools it down in no time. Love the fact that I can control it while I’m not home, via the GE app. Definitely worth every penny!

This air conditioner has provided great relief during this summer of heat waves and air quality alerts due to smoke drifting from faraway wild fires. When we've been forced to stay inside all day and night, it has cooled and dehumidified the air in our house, allowing us to be comfortable when in the summer we'd rather be outside.

Gets cold fast no led light so at night its completely dark and wifi capable

It is very sleek, easy to install and quiet but really doesn't cool any better than the 8,000 I replaced. It seems to shut itself off after a period of time which is a pain if we are in a stretch of heat for days. I also expected a 14,000 to bring a lot more cooling power but this really does not. Would be okay for a smaller than 700 sq ft area but really that estimate is over reaching. To be honest I probably would have returned it but the hassle to get it packaged back up not worth it.

Excellent Ac. I have a huge 1 bedroom and decided to get 1 Ac for the entire apartment. My mom was skeptical but it worked out perfectly! My whole apartment is cool. My only note is that this bad boy is really heavy and you should use a trolley to transport. Use at least 2 people to lift!

Great unit. Heavy but worth every pound. Runs as loud as any other unit ive had and cools entire first floor 30' × 20'without fault, does make a slight knocking noise but not very excessive and only when very humid.

Unit is slightly smaller than the unit i am replacing. Quieter than old unit. So far working well and cooling the main floor.

Smart, cools a larger room. We have a farm houes and this unit in eco mode cools the 1st floor easy! Comes with all the hardware to install in a window. If your windowsill is very narrow you may need to add to the sill. Make sure you have it angled right! LoL

I have a big room to cool down and the LG 8,000 btu air conditioner I already have just wasn't enough. I bought this GE 14,000 btu, hoping it would work significantly better. On two similar days (84 and 86 degrees), the 8,000 btu air conditioner did better (77 and 79). It also started squealing almost immediately. I'm going to try to replace and see if that is the problem.

Works much better than our old portable unit. Keeps the front of our house nice and cool. It shuts off when set temp is met. Not to loud.

Works great. Really love the app and WiFi features as it will automatically change the temperature based on settings depending on if I’m home or not. This allows a cool environment when I’m there and energy savings when I’m not.

I was willing to pay a little extra to get this unit because of the Apple Home connectivity but so far it's been lackluster in the difficulties I had to even connect it before dealing with trying to keep it connected. This isn't helped by the fact that GE also wants you to download an app to control it when presumably the point of having it connect to Apple Home is to prevent needing yet another app. For now I'd rec just getting a "dumb" version with the same BTU and save the difference.

I have this in my main bedroom where it's normally hot. It does a good job of cooling me directly my only complaint is that it's loud.

We finally splurged on a big (for us) air conditioner. This was the highest BTU I could find with a regular, non-industrial plug. It works well.
