Best Buy replaces the product if something goes wrong through the service plan. We’ve had to replace it twice because it starts to malfunction.

It links up with it to adjust the time and even the fan speed adjusts with stove top burners. I was nervous my wife wouldn’t like the big swing of the door, but it hasn’t been an issue at all. It works great and has held up extremely well. My wife likes it a lot and enjoys being able to finally be able to use all the buttons on it:-) It’s easy to keep clean and still looks new.

We haven't really used it. The only thing that stands out to me, would be the opening and closing of the door. It seems a little loud and clunky. Once it's broken in I think that might go away.

The window is too small for the unit but that's not a big deal. Easy installation took minimal effort or time. It's nice that there isn't a handle on the front and the buttons are on the bottom of the door (instead of down the side like most). This feature gives it a more polished look. Good product.

The only negative is if you vent it outside, the damper is cheap metal that rattles sometimes. More of an annoyance than anything else, but something people should be aware of.

Installed myself, needed a little preparation. Family is happy with microwave, only con: lacks power vs our older countertop microwave. Has convenient "add 30 second" feature, so that takes care of that. Hope this one last us a long time.
