    I bought this for my daughter's new house and she loves it. She is still trying to figure out all the new settings. Her clothes are fresh and clean. The machine is quiet and efficient. The machine is big enough for her family's laundry.

    This washer has had problems since a few days after hooking up. Service and response times are slow. I'm three weeks in, and still trying to get it reliably up and running.

    Great washer. Works as advertised. It took some time to figure out the features, but they all work.

    Super hard to figure out and the parameters on the sensors need to be adjusted for needing more water. Need to push buttons to hard and lights kept appearing in multiple, should be just one light per row. Nothing good about this washer.

    Absolute worst service ever I spent almost $2000 on a brand new washer and dryer out of necessity and it was installed without any warm or hot water and the dryer door is broken. After numerous calls to Best Buy and two weeks later I still have an inoperable washer and a dryer door that’s broken.

    My first load was towels. The dryer senses at the end of the dry cycle. The towels are still damp. The dryer adds more time to dry by its self.

    Three warranty service calls in the first 3 weeks

    I've had my GE Profile washer for only three weeks, and I'm scheduled for my 3rd service call. The first service determined that the automatic detergent dispenser didn't work. They installed a new detergent tank and sensor the second time around. We couldn't test it, though, since the technician spilled all of the detergent in the old tank (which he also spilled on his first visit). I bought more detergent and the automatic dispenser worked the next day. However, the drum wouldn't spin. So, the load remained sopping wet. A third service is scheduled this week. For a new washer to need three service calls in the first three weeks is unacceptable. So, beware of the quality of this machine.
