I love that they have an extra compartment for me to put my vinegar in as I used to add it to the bleach compartment when washing colored clothes on my old machine. The detergent pod section is a plus as well. I’m happy that I can actually see the laudry through the top and can choose the deep fill option as well as the amount of detergent that’s used. Clothes always come out clean. The app and Alexa are a plus too. Yes, the washer is noisy, but that’s what the laundry room door is for…close it!

I love the size of the drum and it fits my comforter (king) with no issues. I love tht it will balance the clothes on it's own where I do not have to reposition them. I love tht I can control and view wash cycle through Alexa

Good but not great!

This unit has an implerer vs an agitator. It does a good job at cleaning cloths. The issue we've experienced with not having a traditional agitator is the load can become off balanced and needs manual intervention to adjust the load to complete rinse and spin cycles. Never had to deal with that with previous front load washer. I never thought Smart features would be helpful. But it can be nice to know when wash load has completed and ready to move to dryer.

World Class GE Profile Washer

It gives far more drying options that our old (repaired 2x) LG washer. The fact that it connects to our home wi-fi and speaks via Alexa lets us know when a cycle is complete. And we can program the GE with our android phone. A World Class product!
