They have been way more trouble than they’re worth. The steam feature is useless. There’s no option for no heat tumble dry. The lowest heat setting is still extremely hot. after returning the first one due to an awful screeching noise, the new one is starting to do it too

Posted .We can understand how difficult it is when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. We would like to help! You can select a No Heat cycle if desired. The temperature setting must be set to HIGH and water must be turned on before running the Steam Refresh cycle. Using Steam Refresh for single items, especially ones with light fabric, may not achieve optimum results. We hope the more you use your washer and dryer the more you will like it.

Took the back cover off where the plug connects only to find it was plastic and not metal so the plastic had overheated and melted. Complete fire hazard. The refresh feature seemed nice until the lint screen gets clogged up with the febreze spray so it doesn’t dry efficiently and you’re constantly scrubbing and soaking the lint screen to get it clean. The only thing I liked was the anti-tangle feature where it would tumble dry one direction and then switch to the other direction so sheets didn’t get balled up. 0/10 do not recommend.

The delivery folks said that I did not purchase a water holes with my order and that’s the only way for my order to be installed is that I would have to purchase a holes “I should cash app him $30” in order for my washer and dryer to be installed. I found to be CRAZY being that Im a total care member which pays for all deliveries and installation.
