Unlike most normal units, this makes it so much better being able to see out of the window. Also this is the quietest unit I have ever owned, on eco mode and quiet setting you barely know it is running. I would purchase one again in a heartbeat!

For starters it is extremely quiet and allows for the owner to still have a clear sight out of their window. However it is harder to install and uninstall and not the most powerful unit.

Yes it has a remote but i wanted it set up to wifi. issue 2 - P01 error which is a pump error. The unit was useless. When it ran it ran well, very quiet. I disnt like the touchpad but thats me.

Cools well without the distracting "whine" of the traditional air conditioners. Perfect for our needs. Just a bit more difficult to install relative to the standard in window air conditioner. Make sure you read the instructions.

You can also hear water hitting the fan which drove me nuts because there is nothing more unsettling to hear at night than the sound of a "leak" in the home. When the motor would kick in it was a constant drone. It is also frustrating how it defaults to "eco" mode after each power off instead of your last setting. Relocated to my garage and it is great for that.
