I've reinstalled it 3 times. It's level. It's not the filter or filter door. Support emails me from an address I can't reply to giving me a link the goes to a dead 404 error page. I would not recommend or purchase again. I put this in our home theater room because it was supposed to be quiet. Starts out quiet, then the noise starts and it drives us nuts.

Posted .We are sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having with your air conditioner vibrating and rattling. If the unit is less than 90 days old, we recommend checking with Best Buy about exchanging the unit during the warranty period. if it has been over 90 days since the date of purchase, please call 1-800-432-2737 to discuss your options under the one-year limited warranty. -Vikki@GEAppliances
Aesthetically pleasing, and does the job

Noisier than advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It does a good job of cooling and the saddle type design is nice to keep the view out the window. It is noisier than advertised, annoying vibration noises rather than a low hum which would be easier to tune out. Wish it had a remote thermostat option. It gets cool by the unit and shuts off while the rest of the room is still too warm. When this inevitably needs replacement, I will look at other options but there aren’t many with this saddle type design.

We recommend you review the "Normal Operating Sounds" section on pg. 17 of the Owner's Manual. For help with the cooling performance, please follow the tips in the "Air conditioner does not cool as it should" section on pg. 16. -Don@GEAppliances
A bit loud outside

To address the noise level, make sure to check that the front grille and movable louvers are not broken or misaligned, check and clean the air filter, and ensure proper installation to reduce vibration.
