||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was delivered and installed last week but didn't use it until yesterday after they installed the Washer on a new drain pan. First time they guy ran it empty to show us it works. After he left I did a small load of 4-5 t-shirts worked ok. Not thing unusual. Third time I did a small load for the work week. When I started the dryer It started sounding like a jet engine combined with screeching sounds metal grinding. So already waiting for the third delivery for a GE fridge we bought because they have all had problems, now this. I have to call best buy again and see what they can do. DO NOT BUY GE. This was such a mistake. We were just trying to match our new home appliances. But I think I am going to return everything and go with a difference brand.

Now, waiting two weeks for replacement as it was a special order model. I know DOAs are not common but can't recommend it currently. Best Buy seems to be handling it reasonably. Again, hopeful for the new unit to remain fully functional.
